TracFoneComplaints.com is an independent community documentation project published by William Lodge LLC. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

When you submit your story

The submission form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, the carrier, incident type and date, your description, and any FCC case number you choose to share. It is stored on our own server and is read by the site editor.

Your story may be published on the case board only because you ticked the consent box. Your email address and phone number are never published. We may use them once to ask a follow-up question or confirm details before publishing.

Removal and corrections

To have a submission corrected or deleted, email william@tracfonecomplaints.com from the address you used.

Other data

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information.

Links to carriers, agencies and retailers take you to their sites and privacy practices. Affiliate links can tell the retailer which site referred you — see our affiliate disclosure.

Please do not include passwords, account PINs, full account numbers or private documents in a submission.
